Nowadays,with the increasing market demand of chemical fiber filament fabric and the vigorous development of chemical fiber filament weaving industry,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Among them,water-jet loom is the best machine for the production of chemical fiber filament fabric,and the pollution of sizing wastewater caused by water weft insertion has become one of the important problems restricting the rapid development of the industry.At present,there are many researches on the treatment of low concentration water-jet weaving wastewater,but there are few reports on the treatment technology of high concentration and refractory sizing wastewater.Therefore,a highly efficient,economical and stable biological treatment system for sizing wastewater with high concentration and difficult degradation was developed:the self-developed spiral symmetrical flow anaerobic reactor(SSSAB)and airlift external circulation enhanced vortex flow denitrification bioreactor(AFB)were used to treat sizing wastewater with high efficiency and low carbon.In this study,taking the actual pulp wastewater produced in the process of water-jet weaving as the treatment object,a small-scale study on the operation characteristics of SSSAB in the treatment of sizing wastewater was carried out.The feasibility of SSSAB in the treatment of sizing wastewater was analyzed from the aspects of operating load,sludge characteristics,methanogenic performance,reactor start-up and stable operation,and the optimum operation parameters were obtained.The productive experimental study on the combined treatment of sizing wastewater by SSSABAFB was carried out,and the actual treatment efficiency of SSSAB-AFB was analyzed from the aspects of reactor start-up and stable operation,treatment efficiency of each unit,overall treatment efficiency of the system,and economic comparison with other processes,so as to lay a foundation for further popularization of the project:1.Pilot-scale experimental study on biological fluidized bed treatment of water-jet weaving sizing wastewater.1).Experimental study on ultra-high organic loading potential of spiral symmetrical flow anaerobic reactor.The maximum volumetric load(OLR)of SSSAB can reach 383.20 kg COD/(m~3·d),the volumetric removal load(VRR)can reach 169.80 kg COD/(m~3·d),and the maximum volumetric methane yield can reach 83.147 L/(L·D).It has great potential for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater.After acclimation,the surface of the sludge is smooth,the particle size increases,the gap between particles increases,and the microflora of sludge is diverse.the dominant microflora is different in different regions,and most of them are filamentous bacteria at the bottom,and rod-shaped bacteria and spherical bacteria are dominant at the bottom,respectively.this flora structure is beneficial to the degradation of organic matter by sludge.2).Pilot study on SSSAB treatment efficiency of Water-jet Weaving Sizing WastewaterThe small-scale test shows that SSSAB has high efficiency and stability in the treatment of sizing wastewater.The average COD effluent of SSSAB anaerobic reactor is 408 mg/L,the average removal rate is 78.86%,the average volumetric removal load is 4.015 kg COD/(m~3·d),the highest is 4.244 kg COD/(m~3·d),the average NH4+-N effluent is 59.78 mg/L,and the effluent p H is about7.28.The relevant research results provide theoretical and data reference for the production test of sizing wastewater.2.Productive Experimental study on SSSAB-AFB combined treatment of Water-jet Weaving Sizing Wastewater.1).The start-up period of the process system is 30 days,during the stable period,the volumetric load of SSSAB and AFB can reach 1.94 kg COD/(m~3·d)and 0.348 kg COD/(m~3·d),respectively,and the B/C value increases from 0.137 to 0.316.The average removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen is 91.62%and 83.11%respectively.2).This process is economical,compared with other processes,it can adapt to the impact of large concentration load,low cost and less land occupation,the operating cost is about 2.72 yuan per ton of water,and covers an area of 1.13m~2 per ton of water.It is an intensive wastewater treatment process with low energy consumption and has significant engineering promotion value.
