The Research Of New Stripping System

This thesis has studied the new stripping agent used in remove the reducing dye of the cotton looped fabric,disperse dyes of the terylene looped fabric,the reactive dyestuffs of the cotton looped fabric,cationic dyestuff of the nitrile looped fabric.The traditional stripping process exists this or that problems.for example ,the sodium hydrosulfite is usually used in stripping the reducing dye of the cotton looped fabric,disperse dyes of the terylene looped fabric,the reactive dyestuffs of the cotton looped fabric.The sodium hydrosulfiteis instabile,and is easy air-slaking,decomposing as well as self-combustile.so it is hard to be stored.while it also have problems when used,it is hard to control the speed of decomposing,although it is a strong reducing agent,but is inpersistent,the effect is uniformly.Oxydol is very instabile,heat-labile and photoactive,easy to be decomposed when sudden shocked or impure,mixed with heavy metal,most stable when pH=4±0.5,if the value is higher,the decomposition value will be increased.The corrosive and high-strength hydrogen peroxide can combust the organics,as well as selectively oxidate the dyestuffs.The tone of the colorant match will be changed after be stripped , so small-shape must be made to ensure the effect.The sodium hypochlorite is usually used when stripping the cationic dyestuff of the nitrile fabric. It is quite meaningful to find a new strippant which have good stripping effect,comparable to the foreign counterpart.We research&develop two new kind of stripping systems: NDA as well as NDA-1 , comprised with N-1&N-2,N-10&N-2respectively;N-1&N-10 are alkalinous solutions,while N-2 is powder.The peocess exerts a great influence on the stripping effort.The process is different due to the different dyestuffs and the different fabric,The analysis demonstrates that the factors of the stripping effect are the dosage of N-1,N-10,N-2,the time and the temperature of the stripping process,stripping pH value.The effects will be strengthened with the proportion of N-2 to N-1(N-10),the time and the temperature of the stripping process,stripping pH value.Then the effects will be stable.This thesis discusses the possibility of reduction clearing for the...
