As the demand for metallic nickel increases,so does the demand for metal nickel production in domestic companies.The production method of the artificially stripped nickel initial film used before has been unable to meet the production needs,and most domestic enterprises have introduced the automatic stripping equipment from abroad and can not adapt to the domestic production situation.In actual production,the stripping efficiency is low,and the nickel initial film Plastic deformation after peeling and the technical blockade of foreign countries have caused problems in maintenance of the stripping equipment and high cost,which in turn increases production costs.Faced with the serious contradiction between demand and production relationship,the research on nickel stripping technology and the research and development of related equipment have important practical engineering significance,and make efforts for the early realization of industrialization of nickel initial film production.The research and development of the nickel-based polar stripping unit of this subject was entrusted by a smelting plant in Xinjiang,and was successfully developed by the staff of the institute.Aiming at how to improve the quality of the stripping.Firstly,using the theoretical knowledge of interface mechanics to establish the opening model of the pre-exfoliation stage of nickel-polar sheet,the singular stress of the interface of nickel-polar sheet is analyzed and the interface-end damage criterion is established.The theoretical analysis is verified by ANSYS Workbench simulation software.Then the material mechanics knowledge is used to study the deflection force of the stripper,and the theoretical range is obtained.Then the simulation of the nickel initial pole model is carried out by ANSYS Workbench simulation software and the deflection force range is corrected.Next,it is aimed at how to improve the stripping efficiency of the nickel initial stripper.The rotation angle of the suction cup holder and the stripping action of the stripper are selected as research objects.The design of the stripper was optimized,and the optimal rotation angle was 19.8°.Three kinds of stripping schemes are proposed and the corresponding timing diagrams are given.The optimal scheme 2 is selected as the stripping scheme of the stripping machine.Finally,the above research results were applied to the experimental prototype and the prototype was subjected to trial production.The sample stripping efficiency was 8 pieces per minute,that is,4 stripping processes were completed per minute,and 480 sheets were peeled off per hour,which basically met the production requirements.The nickel initial stripping machine developed in this paper has a high degree of localization,and the production quality and efficiency have been greatly improved.The unit has been delivered to a smelter in Xinjiang for production.From the production situation,the unit is running smoothly and basically meets the requirements of the factory.This also proves that the stripping unit designed in this paper is qualified and successful.The research and design of the nickel initial stripping machine meets the production needs of the factory,improves the stripping efficiency and stripping quality,saves a lot of labor costs for the enterprise,and provides a reference for the promotion of the initial stripping technology in China.
