This dissertation is to study the green chemical technology of synthesis of the trifloxystrobin. It is very important to develop fluorine-containing fungicide which has high activity and low toxicity in order to improve the structure of fungicides in our country. By incorporating the principles of toxic reduction, waste minimization and energy efficiency in the chemical design process. To achieve these goals, environmental impacts of processes and products must be considered and minimized in the process synthesis.Trifloxystrobin is obtained starting from substituted acetophenone, via oxidation with potassium permanganate in alkaline solution, esterification with methanol, reaction with methoxyamine, bromization and condensation.Combinatory chemistry was introduced for the liquid-phase syntheses of the Trifloxystrobin on the poly(ethylene glycol), which simplified product purification and separation.
