Regarding the earth system science and the earth mechanics as the theoretical foundation, and Remote Sensing (RS ) , Geographic Information System (GIS ) , Global Positioning System (GPS ) as technical support, utilizing the geoscience transect temperature data measured on the spot in Yadong - Golmud -Xitie Mountain corridor and the MODIS data in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, regarding software such as ENVI as the operating platform, the transect and the vertical distribution characteristic of underground temperature field in Yadong - Golmud -Xitie Mountain corridor, and the thermal environment characteristic in the studied area, the thermal abnormity in Nujiang - Ban Gonghu suture is verified; And on this foundation, the thermal environment in the studied area is divided, and the remote sensing information model of shallow underground temperature field is built.Studies have suggested that the overall distribution rule of surface temperature in Yadong - Golmud -Xitie Mountain geoscience transect is that the north is high, the south is next, the middle is lowest; And surface temperature relates to geological epoch of the terrane :the temperature of the terrane, whose geological epoch is old, is high, and the reverse is relatively low. And according to the distribution rule, the geoscience transect temperature in Qinghai-Tibet plateau is divided for four pieces: the active Himalayas heated terrane which expands to the south, the middle Lhasa-Gangdisi heated terrane which is formed through extrusion deformation, the north terrane (the Kunlun - Qiangtang terrane) of which the ground temperature value is low. In the studied area, the distribution of the thermal environment has obvious north and south strip: the northwestern temperature is somewhat low, the southeast is next, and the middle eastern is highest.
