Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau located in southwest of China, with unique natural condition, wide ground, scarce people and abundant natural resources. But it's ecotope, wether entire ecosystem or every subsystem, has the character of simple structure, lower productivity level, worse stability, weaker repair ability and easily to be disturbed by outside factors. Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's brittle ecotope faces a huge press because of problems of soil erosion and deserting etc. Hasing global significance, Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is one of the areas on earth that rarely disturbed by human activity. It was looked as indicated region in global change research. Ecotope's deteriorism will not only baffled Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's persistent development, but also deteriorating east of China's environment.Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's temperature change is very notable because of the clean and transparent aerosphere. Plateau's temperature is near the critical point of vegetation growth, so that the slim change of temperature will lead great changes on ecosystem's style, distributing and thermal environment. Therefore, study on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's temperature change may forecast its ecotope's change trend and provide scientific foundation for strengthen ecotope's protection and construct.This text putting Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's thermal infrared remote sensing data and its underground section temperature data together, proved that Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's temperature distributing present higher and lower temperature waved change from north to south. 40 cm's underground temperature changed 4 times from high to low while from north to south;ground temperature is north higher and south lower generally, and waved times from north to south. At present, Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's temperature change is in warm period;it's temperature increase a little. The increase of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's temperature will rise the snow line, thaw the frozen earth layer and decline soil's capability of holding water. This is disadvantage to Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's vegetation growth and easily brings to Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau's deserting.
