| With the development of the computer technology, microelectronic technology, information technology and network technology humanity has been coming into information era. 70 percent of all the information we get is image information. People can get the information they need after procedures of image collecting, transfer and processing. The application of digital video is increasing, and the technology of video capture and video process has been an emphasis of research. The proposition of this paper is to present a digital platform of image capturing and processing with low cost.The operator's operation through observing artificially floatation froth has not met the computer control requirement in flotation process. Therefore, application of the floatation froth image processing was studied. Studies of grabbing timely froth status, calculating the physical parameters of froth. Based on acquired froth physical parameters, the thesis built the mathematics mode, Through distilling the characteristics of foam image, the thesis studied the ash content of foam of flotation coal ,by which realizing real time production guiding.The automation of coal flotation has been wandering for many years in China. The production efficiency is relatively low because of the feed forward control which adds the flotation reagent based on the fine coal in feed slurry, ignoring the quantity and quality of the products. Aiming at this problem, method of measuring the flotation technical parameters was studied, and the computer control system of the coal flotation was designed. The feedback control was realized by using the characteristic of foam image to regulate the reagent addition according to the concentrate ash content. The experiment indicates that the application of the detection and control system results in a high concentrate recovery, a decrease of the reagent consumption, ensuring a highly efficient operation. |
