With the great progress on semiconductor, integrate circuit andelectrommunication, single-crystal wire become more and more important. Theequipment to make single-crystal copper wire has become a critical factor.This paper depending on the condition of the single-crystal copper growth,make good use of the PID self-setting method to keep the temperature in the rightbound. And we make use of the PID no-overshooting method to solve the defectionof using the resistance wire to heat. These methods advanced the precious of thetemperature.The traction rate and the liquid level are controlled by two AC servo motors.Depending on the relationship between the traction rate and the liquid level, weadopt in the interplation method to achieve the relationship of the two AC servomotors. The AC servo motors are controlled by the single chip AT89C52.The equipment shows the good stability,high reliability and simple way of useof the digital controller , and the control precision has reached the anticipation.
