Organozinc reagent is one of the earliest prepared organometallics. It is important for the formation of C-C bonds. A variety of founctional groups may be tolerated in these organometallic reagents because of their moderate reactivity. But, just for their low reactivity, the applications of orgaozinc reagent in organic synthesis have been limited for a long time. Recent research showed that the reactivity of organozinc reagent had been improved under the solvent-free conditions. In the same time, the solventless reaction avoide the use of volatile, toxic and flammable solvents, being less damage to the environment. From the view of environmentally friendly, this thesis achieved the solvent-free synthesis of several kind of esters, through Organozinc reagent. These thesis includes four chapters.Chapter one : The Development of Polyfouctional Organozinc Reagent in Organic Synthesis. In this section, a brief introduction of the development of polyfouctional organozinc reagent in organic synthesis was given, and then reviewed in detail on the preparation and reaction of polyfouctional organozinc reagent, which were of the most importance both on application and theory.Chapter two : Synthesis Method of Homoallylesters without Catalyst Under the Solvent-free Conditions. In this section, we used aldehydes, anhydrides and allyl bromidezinc as substrates, fourteen compounds of homoallylesters were synthesized under the solvent-free conditions. Furthermore, no catalyst was used in this reaction. Thus, the green synthesis was achieved.Chapter there : Synthesis Method of Diesters under Microwave Irradiation. In this chapter, we used aldehydes, anhydrides and Reformatsky reagent as raw material, eleven compounds of diesters were synthesized under microwave irradiation. We discussed radiant power and radiated time.Chapter four : Zinc Dust Assisted the Dialkylation Reaction of Anhydrides Under the Solvent-free Conditions. In this chapter, we studied the dialkylation reaction of anhydrides with allyl bromide or propargyl bromide under the solvent-free conditions. The reaction conditions were discussed. In this section, we provided a green synthesis method for diallylester, five esters and one alcohol were obtained.
