The Thiobacillus ferrooxidans get more and more extensive usage in environment pollution control, because its low production cost, simple operation and not having second pollution etc. advantages. The size of its density and the stability of the germ body activity directly influence the management result. This paper takes an experiment, sieving the best cultivation conditions of the stability of the germ body activity and the density of the bacterium by changing the exterior condition, then on this foundation adopting an electrochemical method-"current control"to cultivat the Thiobacillus ferrooxidans. Through analyse of the experiment result, detecting the activity and stability of the Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in this cultivation method is better. It provides a kind of valid cultivation method in engineering.
