Pesticide used in agriculture has greatly improved food production worldwide. However, due to the large scale application of organophosphorus pesticides, the residua of pesticides had brought serious environment pollution which became a greater and greater threaten to the health of human beings at present..Thus the analysis and determination of pesticide resdues in vegetables is very important.Conventional methods for detecting residual pesticides included chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, innnunoassav analysis ,biosensor and so on, Conventional methods for detecting residual pesticides were time consuming and costly, and were hard to satisfy the increasing requirements of the online detection. Innnunoassav analysis was both rapid , simple and sensitive, but its development was time consuming and costly . As a comparison, enzyme inhibition technique provided a promising way to detect organophosphorus pesticides which was both rapid and simple. With this method a mass of samples could be detected quickly. So we placed emphasis on studying on enzyme-plant inhibition technique and have done some work in this paper.First Study and application of surfactant in detection of pesticide residues in vegetables with esterase inhibition method1 Study on effect of surfactant on sensitivity in detection of pesticide residues in vegetablesIn detection of pesticide residues with plant-esterase inhibition method, effect of anion surfactants, cation surfactants and non-ion surfactant on detecting sensitivity and Color Reagent stability was researched in this paper. As a result, anion surfactants have function increasing sensitivity and stability by adding it into Color Reagent.2 Application of sodium dodecyl sulfate in detection of pesticide residues in vegetablesIn detection of pesticide residues with plant-esterase inhibition method .Anion surfactant (SDS)has functions increasing sensitivity of the color reaction system and stability of the Color Reagent. In this paper , sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) ,which was added into the Color Reagent ,was used to determine Dichlorvos in vegetable with...
