The Study On Processing Technology And Quality Standard Of Ningxun Granule

Ningxun Granule is a new prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which consists of 19 herbs such as Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex Cinna- momi,herba Schizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae,herba Ephedrae, Radix Paeoniao Rubra, Rhizoma Atracty- lodis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Os Draconisect. Therefore it can be chiefly used to treat wind and cold urticaria . With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ningxun Granule was studied with modern pharmaceutical technology. On the basis of effective components and parts as well as the characters of components of the herbs, traditional decoction was transformed into granules by different extractions.This research mainly studied on the preparing technique of Ningxun Granules. The technology of optimum extraction, alcohol-precipitate and preparation moulding were selected by using orthogonal design which used quite a few assessing norms to evaluate them comprehensively. The research of extraction was to select conditioned parameter of extraction and inclusion of volatile technique, conditioned parameter of water-extract technique and conditioned parameter of alcohol-extract technique.Meanwhile middle test enlarge- ment and quality standard were finished. The content of astragaloside â…£ was determined by HPLC. Moreover the research used TLC to identify Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuan- xiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Paeoniae Rubra . Then the preliminary stability was fulfilled on the basis of controllable quality standard.The results indicated that the technique of preparation was reasonable and practical, the standard of quality was controllable and the quality of the sample was steady as well. Ningxun Granule has broad prospects in application.
