Study On The Preparation And Pharmacodynamics Of Co-Lingzhijingtang Capsule

With the development of human society, Diabetes mellitus(DM) has become the third major disease after Cardiovascular disease and Oncological diseases. The illness rates have been rising trend year by year. So it Seriously affect people's health and quality of life.Our subject covers the preparation and pharmacodynamics mechanism of Co- Lingzhijiangtang Capsule on DM.There are three main parts : the overview, preparation and pharmacodynamics.In the overview section,we overview the definition of DM,the perspective of the traditional Chinese medicine on the DM which contains the pathogeny, the pathogenesis and the treatment of Chinese medicine,on DM.At last the formula make up and function analysis are elaborated.During the studies of the preparation,we investigatated the extract of Ganoderma lucidum and other three Chinese medicine (lily,Anemarrhenaasphodeloidesand Ophiopogoniaponicus)mixture through orthogonal text. Then we determine the best extraction processes.The pharmacodynamics section is tested by the high,medium,low dose to study the effect of Co-lingzhijiangtang capsule on the DM mouses blood glucose,insulin and the normal mouses blood glucose.The results showed , Co-lingzhijiangtang capsule has the remarkable effect of the DM mouses blood glucose,insulin.and there's no effect on normal mouse blood glucose.It supports the clinic study with a reliable test basis.
