The fluorescence analysis is a traditional analytical method. It was playing a very important role on pharmaceutical analysis for its high selectivity and sensitivity. But the application of this method was limited on the pharmaceutical analysis seriously, because of the majority of phartmaceutical moleculars does not have or only have weak native fluorescent characteristics. Sometimes redox reaction could make parts of these phartmaceutical moleculars into a strongly fluorescent compound. In this thesis, we used this principle coupled with flow injection solid phase reactor on-line oxidation, solid phase extract and dialysis separation technology to establish the on-line oxidizing fluorometric method for determination thioridazine hydrochloride and methotrexate in table and plasma samples, respectively. And we also proposed new methods to the study of thioridazine hydrochloride-BSA binding and methotrexate in dissolution testing based on dialysis sampling and flow injection on-line filtration, dilution techniques.There are two chapters in this thesis, review and study reports.Chapter one: reviewIn this part, the fluorometric method for pharmaceutical analysis based on redox reaction were summarized in detail.Chapter two: study reportsIn this part, two analytical systems have been investigated.1.
