At present, the extensive industrial method to produce silicon carbon are Acheson and Multi-thermal Source process. Acheson process is mature after many years application. Yet the product is of high energy consumption ,low yield, and the quality is bad and high-cost. The Multi-thermal source technique that is widely used nowadays has the characters of narrow temperature gradient, uniform thermal field, and the area fit for the growth of silicon carbon crystal is larger in furnace, the synthesized products are of low power consumption and high yield. If the technology is not controlled cautiously , the products unites are easy to graphitize, and crystal defect are usual, and the product qualities are influenced . The technology of Multi-thermal Source and melt comes into mature through small-scale tests in the lab and commercial tests, so it is used widely in Xinjiang province. It generates heat by Multi-thermal source in prior period reaction, subsequently with the particularity heat source generating heat in the later stage reaction. As a result, the per-energy consumption is decreased and the per-yield is increased, and the product has high quality, which is of great importance to industrial manufacture.On the base of thermal transmission study, we calculate transfer thermal equation of prior period reaction and later stag in oven and obtain the temperature distribution equation in different periods.Using the simulation software, we research the temperature, heat flux intensity and alternation regular pattern of temperature in oven of Multi-thermal Source and melt from much heat sources to single-thermal Source. On the basis of prior period reaction and later stage heat source amount difference distinguishing feature of Multi-thermal Source and melt, Utilize the simulation software to research the effect that distinct heat source and shape to the produce.To analysis the feature of conduct heat after the reaction finish, estimate the source amount on the basis of the energy principle of conservation in the entire oven, to...
