This thesis aims at the return air course in second coal bed of the Zaoquan coal mine mainly, and studies and researches the support technology of Pre-stressed Anchor in Big Cross Section Coal Lane roundly by theoretically analying, establishing the new computation model, simulating with ANSYS software and commercially testing. Based on the built-up beam theory foundation, supplies the new coal lane anchor rod, the joint anchor cable support computation model, and concrete calculate formulas of the flat topping tunnel and arch-type tunnel respectively. Based on the above foundation, this thesis establishes the support and protect plan in the return air course of Zaoquan coal mine second coal bed newly using the flat topping tunnel computation model, and simulates new support under the plan the tunnel to move, the stress distribution change situation with the large-scale finite element software ANSYS, and confirms the security and the reliability of the computation model and the supports and protects plan by observing and analyzing the pressed to the tunnel ore in the construction process.The computation theory and concerned technology measure which offered in the article simplify the design of tunnel support, have certain efficiency and usability, and solve some technical difficult problems in the second coal bed of Zaoquan coal mine well, and supply the design reference of the similar tunnel return air course support.
