Based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock, this paper analyzes the mechanics mechanism of the roadway instability, the high strength prestressed anchor bolt, the surrounding rock active control technology, the balance supporting technology and the dynamic balance support theory. The parameters of roadway support are determined by finite element method. The rationality of the support system is evaluated through field engineering application, and the supporting parameters are optimized.Firstly, through the analysis of the interaction between the deformation of surrounding rock and support resistance and the internal stress distribution law of coal pillar, the feasibility of narrow coal pillar protection is determined, and the width of narrow pillar is 4.5-5m ;Secondly, analyzes the efficiency coefficient of bolting system and mechanism of high strength prestressed anchor for pressure, put forward the high-strength prestressed bolt component makes pressure given by the amount of pressure that can effectively improve the support system supporting efficiency, realization of control support; Third, put forward the balance of support technology and dynamic balance supporting theory, use the balance supporting technology and dynamic balance supporting theory analysis to determine, use non symmetrical arrangement of support structure to improve the supporting effect of gob side, to ensure the stability of surrounding rock of roadway supporting scheme; Fourth, according to the mining geological conditions four in the auxiliary track Lane, the anchor (cable) ladder net joint support for along roadway stress and deformation characteristics of asymmetric distribution, two to help anchor the asymmetric distribution was determined for the anchor cable support test preliminary design scheme.Through field testing, analyzed four mining auxiliary track roadway overall supporting effect. Under the control of the expected range for deformation of the roadway's roof and roadway can reach ideal effect,the balance supporting technology can effectively solve the dynamic pressure of surrounding rock breaking the problem of uneven. The roadway the surrounding rock and supporting structure to balance the overall stability.
