Over 60 years development, Silicon-thermal Method had formed mature theory. Whereas, high resource-consuming, high pollution and lower mechanization are always the bottle-neck of cumbering the continued improvement of the method of silicothermic magnesium-smelting. Optimizing and predicting to the key technology parameter which is a main way to solve the high resource-consuming problem.The research of technology parameters definition, optimization and prediction which focused on worker experience and traditional arithmetic model building in past literature. Whereas, there are many influential factors in practical production, it is difficult to set up the arithmetical model among the factors correctly and the result is not exact and scientific. Therefore, this thesis casts away the method of past arithmetical model building and imports the manual neural network, at the same time, extracts knowledge from the NN to set up corresponding NN model through learning and training a lot of discrete data. In order that solve the optimization and prediction problem effectively.The task comes form WINCA TECH Co., and research some key technology parameters of practical production technology. The key technology included calcining heat and calcining time, the scale of the Si and 2MgO in the charging, the pressure of the molding.1. The test comes up with the method of calcining temperature controlling that is the first time through controlling the temperature of kiln tail and the measuring temperature of kiln wall through induction thermometer and through controlling rotate speed of kiln key electromotor controls the calcining time through tracking test to the practical calcining production.
