Now the ceremsites used in wastewater treatment are mostly made in the way of baking in a kiln. In this technics,there are some problems such as the investment is great,the technics is complex and at the same time ,it also waste a lot of energy . By compared to the normal ceremsites, the fly-ash ceremsites without baking process has many advantage.Besides the addition of the fly -ash can make good use of the waste.In this research we are mainly to find a new way that can change the traditional technics.And the fly -ash ceremsites have these following advantage that it possesses high specific surface, have many micropore and the surface is coarseness.When being applied to AF to treat the domestic wastewater ,the performance is very good and the operation is stable .From the preparation experiment we find that the optimal ratio of the additives is fly-ash 55%,clay 19%,Calcareousness 10%, gesso2%, cement 3%,DT-5 0.5%,,γ-Al2O3 1.5%, soluble glass 5% and H2O2 4%. The SEM photos show that the specific surface ofunbaked fly -ash ceremsites can research to 16.170m2/g ,nearly 3.93 times than the baked ceremsites .At the same time the potos also show that the surface is very rough and have many small hole .being applied to the AF ,it show that it can effectively resisitance to the acid and alkali. A lot of microorganism can be adhered on it .All of these advantages show that the unbaked fly-ash ceremsites is suitable to be applied to the AF as a kind of good carrier of microorganism .The applied experiment show that the performance of biofilm colonization is excellent .When being applied to the AF ,the process of biofilm colonization can be completed in 10days .When the CODcr of the wastewater inflow is 5465mg/l and the HRT is 96h ,the removal efficency can reach to 97.1% by compared to the CODcr of the inflow is 320,HRT is 4Hh ,we can get 74.4% removal rate.Kinetics experiments reveals that the degeration rate of CODcr in AF is first-grade reaction to its concentration .when the COD of wastewater is 320mg/l ,the experientialequation is .As the CODcr of influent have beenchanged to 5464mg/l ,we can get another mechanism equation which derived from Monod equation:...
