Applications Of Ionic Liquids In The Gas Chromatogram

The synthesis of Ionic Liquids and Application in the GC were investigated. Ionic Liquids, salts or mixtures of salts that were liquids at room temperature, were one of the perfect solvents and catalysts in the 21th century' green chemistry.Dialkylimidazolium bromine, Dialkylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate and Dialkylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate were synthesized, and the synthesis conditions of ILs were investigated by infrared ray. The optimal conditions were as follows: the synthesis thmperature was 65℃, synthesis time was 50min.1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bromine was catalyst in the Evening Primrose Oil's fat acid methylesterified reaction. The effect of factors on methylesterified reaction was assessed with the orthogonal design of L₉(3⁴) by GC. The optimal conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of HMImBr to AlCl₃ was 2:1, the quantity of HMIMBr was 1g, the quantity of Evening Primrose Oil was 1g, the reaction time was 2h, the reaction temperature was at boil.The fused-silica fiber, coated by the 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, was used in determination to the btex in water and the dichloromethane and chloroform in Finasteride by SPME coupled with GC. The results of comparing the method determination residual organic solvents in the Finasteride with HSGC and PDMS fiber of SPME-GC showed that the preparation of the fiber coated by ILs was so simple, then the value of the RSD was big, so the linearities of this method which were worse than the other two methods were 0.9848 and 0.9881, but the detection limits were the lowest which were 1.103ng/mL and 0.033ng/mL. The adsorption ability of homemade fiber was stronger than the commercial fiber, so the fiber coated the ILs can enrich more analytes which properlyfit determination the trace sample.
