| Due to the toxicity of asphalt in acid-resistant and anticorrosive coating, nonasphaltic was used to modify epoxy resin. By adding proper acid-resistant palette and padding, two environment friendly acid-resistant and anticorrosive coatings were prepared.Through testing the acid fasteness of the common resins, it was confirmed that epoxy resin was the main film resin. By using the furnan resin to modify the E-44, it was obtained that the optimum reaction conditions were R (furnan:epoxy resin) = 1:1, reaction 5 hours at 120℃. Through the orthogonal test, the optimum recipes were attained: R (E-44:E-51: furanepoxy resin) = 4:2:1; R (E-44:E-51: coumarone resin) = 4:1:1.By the experiment of acidresistivity and studying on the influence of additive amount on the performance of the base, the best acid-resistant pigment and packing were BaSO4, quartz flour, titanium white, graphite and phthalocyanine blue with the addition dosage less than 40g, less than 40g, 5~20, 5~15 and 5~15, respectively.It was confirmed that NX-2015 was the optimum firming agent and the optimum dosage was about 30 wt% by contrasting the time of solidification, acid fastness, flexibility, adhesive power and resistance to the impact of 3 firming agents.The orthogonal test was designed according to the addition range. The optimum recipe of the pigment and packing was obtained by acid-resistant test. Through studying on the particle size of the pigment and packing, the optimum granularity range was chosen. And the basic recipes were achieved in two coating systems. By changing the ratio of the pigment, packing and the base, five recipes were formed in each system. In addition, by contrasting the acid fastness and alkali tolerance, the optimum recipe was achieved. |
