The synthetic methods of two kinds of oligomers the E-51 epoxy acrylate, the polyurethane acrylate and one kind of cationic photo-initiator DPI·BF4 were discussed. And the factors which influenced the actions were discussed.The optimum reaction condition was educed.Two kinds of UV-curing coat the E-51 epoxy acrylate UV-curing coat and the non-irritating UV-curing coat were prepared.The combination property of the non-irritating UV-curing coat was better through performance test to coat.The oxygen inhibition action not only lengthened but also damaged superficial coat performance after solidifying.So the restraining of the oxygen inhibition in the solidifying process was investigated in detail in this paper.At preparing UV-curing coat,the surface oxygen inhibition phenomenon was restrained mainly through improving photoinitiating system, educed: (1) The surface oxygen inhibition was effectively restrained through the combination of TEOA and DETX; (2) One kind of the cheapest, more effective photoinitiating system was obtained through the combination of Mk and BP.(3)The surface oxygen inhibition could be effectively restrained through the sensibilization system of the cationic photo-initiator DPI· BF4.
