Immobilization of AlCl3 on supports was effective media for prparation of environmentally friendly catalyst and transform of homogeneous Lewis acid catalysis to heterogeneous catalystsis.Lewis acid supported catalysts were possible to have the high reaction activeness and the goal product high selectivity. Catalysis performance on the supported Lewis acid catalysts was applied in transalkylation reation of β -MN and TeMB was a good prospect craft route.Chemical liquid phase deposition has been imposed in the modifying of micropore zeolite Hβ ,HY,Si-MCM-41,mont and SiO2.Under different reaction condition,prepared the series of supported Lewis acid catalyst by reagents such as AlCl3 FeCl3 and so on The pore structure and surface acid properties of Lewis acid grafted catalysts have been characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption,XPS,NH3-TPD and Py-IR techniques.Influnce of some factors such as loding reagent density,loading time,type of Lewis acid and pore structure of supports on the pore structure,acid properties and synthesis of 2,6-DMN were discussed.The effect of reaction parameters such as material ratio,feed velocity,reaction temperature and reaction time in 2,6-DMN synthesis by transalkylthylation of β -MN and TeMB have been investigated on zeolite HY.The suitable condition were as followed: mol ratio of β-MN to TeMB to cyclohexane:1:1:12, feed velocity(LHSV):4h-1 , reaction temperature: 350℃ reaction time: 60 90min.Catalysts supported Lewis were prepared with H β ,HY,Si-MCM-41 and mont as supports,which was remarkable difference on catalysis activity and selectivity of synthesizing 2,6-DMN on account of diversity of pore channel structure and size.Compared with zeolite H β and HY supported catalysts have more acidity,so showed that more higher reaction activity.However,as a result of pore size limit of supports ,AlCl3 was grafted on external surface of zeolite,selectivity of 2,6-DMN is increaced difficultly,compared with AlCl3/HY and AlCl3/Hβ ,showed that the higher selectivity of 2,6-DMN reached 22.1%,which was 10% more than thermodynamics balance composes.Through changed density of AlCl3 to be possible to change combine form of AlCl3 and supports,acid property and reaction performance. AlCl3 and FeCl3 supported same support catalys show respectively different acid property and reaction performance.Lewis acid was active center of FeCl3/mont,transalkylation reaction...
