Making the best of renewable resource has attracted considerable regard because of the increasing energy crisis and ecological problems. Woodiness has renewable and environment friendly characteristics and production of it can decompose. But, the way of making the best of disuse of woodiness is machining to wood-plastic composite (WPC) mixing with resin or plastic. The properties of which is lower due to poor action of interface. Woodiness materials is prepared to thermoplastic through chemical modification, which can easy machining and has biodegradability. The thermoplastic wood and polypropylene (PP) are non-polarity substance, and can better contain each other. So we assume that thermoplastic Wood (TPW) extruded and mixed into outstanding properties composite with PP, MAH-PP respectively and mica. This composite have some biodegradability, Making the best of cheap woodiness and solving the contain problem of it and plastic.
