Problem Solving is an old but new topic.It has been studying in the psychology field. But since mathematical field in the United States puts forward the ideal of "Problem Solving Instruction" on the 1980s, people started to look at from the view of discipline teaching and researched the Problem Solving theory applying on teaching. Chemical discipline is no exception, appeared a lot of theories on Chemical Problem Solving.Theory is aim to serve the practice, its value can only reflect on the process of guiding the practice. So how to achieve the transformation of theory to practice, how to make the theories of Chemical Problem Solving correctly and effectively applying in the secondary school classrooms has become an urgent need to discipline Problem Solving Instruction. The article is based on better serving secondary school Chemical Problem Solving Instruction. The author attempts to solve the problem of communication on chemical Problem Solving Instructional theory and practice, and constructs an effective bridge between them through the study of Instructional Design for Chemical Problem Solving,The paper is mainly making up of five parts.
