As a kind of extensive and unique chemical product, phytic acid can promote human metabolism, adjust physical function and has many kinds of medical value and health function. Provided with unique chelation and prevention of corrosion function, phytic acid has also a prosperous future in the field of fashioning in metal processing, high polymer technology, dope industry, and so on. There are a great number of reports on the extraction technology of phytic acid in the world, but the reports about microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasoic extraction are even less. So this thesis on the basis of traditional craft, utilizing respectively microwave and ultrasonic wave, improve and optimize the craft of traditional extraction.At first, phytin was got from rice bran by physics and chemical method, from which phytic acid with medical value was prepared. In the paper there were two kinds of methods to be mentioned about preparation of phytin, one was microwave-assisted extraction, the other was ultrasonic extraction. Considering phytin including of the vacuole in plant cell, rich moisture position; and avoiding solvent water to absorb the energy of microwave at the same time, so we adopt craft of uniting about microwave cell disruption and extraction by paddling, i.e. the cell wall of rice bran are broken by microwave radiation, and then extract. The key factors, including the proportion of water to material, the microwave power, microwave radiation time, the extraction time, the decolorizing microwave power, the decolorizing time and the solvent, were studied for the extraction yield by uniform design. The experimental data were dealt with by computer, the better optimization process was obtained as following: 3:20 as the proportion of water to material, 100W as the microwave power , 2 min as the radiation time, 5 min as the extraction time, 100W as the decolorizing microwave power, 41 min as the decolorizing time and ν(HCl):ν (H2O) =3 :197 as the solvent. Under this optimal condition, the purity of phytin is 86.13%, the extraction yield is 91.87%.
