It was designed that 500t/a innocuous elasticizer acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate production line which using citric acid, n-butyl alcohol and aceticanhydride as raw material and sulfuric acid as catalyst.This dissertation introduced the property and use of acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate, forecasted its applied foreground and compared the last study progress on catalyst of esterification and acetylation in the reaction of acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate. After the considerations to the product yield and the degree of process maturation ect, the process of synthesising acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate was defined, using sulfuric acid as catalyst. In this design, the overall yield of acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate can up to 93.67%, this was the hightest overall yield compared with other studies.First of all, confirm the proper technical process of synthesizing acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate, according to the small and amplification test research results of Zhengzhou University and referring to the similar technology condition home an abroad.According to the process of technological design, the material - balance calculation were introduced for each unit, the consumptions of the materials were gotten. The heat - balances were also calculated, the heat-exchange area for each heat exchanger, the consumptions of the steam and cooling streams were gotten.According to the material balance, the thermal balance and the design require, main equipment model were selected, the type and height of filler in the deacidify tower and the drying tower were determined. According to the material properties and the condition in operating, this dissertation also selected the material and the ordinance of facility.Based on the tempreture, pressure force and the material property in the operating procedure and utility, the ordinance and model of instrument were selected.Based on the material balance, the thermal balance and the hydrostatic character, the model and type of the pipe and fluid conveying machinery were selected.Based on the above technological calculation and design, the construction...
