The optimum for extraction and purification of flavonoid and polysaccharides, and the compound of the flavonoid and polysaccharides from mulberry leaves were reported in the paper .Some research results presented flowing. 1)The optimum conditions of extraction for flavonoid and polysaccharides from mulberry leavesOptimum process of extracting flavonoid of mulberry by organic solvent-extraction: extraction has been undertaken by orthogonal experiment of L9(34), The extraction which acception ratio is 2.7%. can be carried out at thirty fold water at 80℃ and performed for pH8.Optimum process of extracting polysaccharide of mulberry leaves by hot water: extraction has been undertaken by orthogonal experiment of L9(34), The optimization process conditions of extraction temperature is 70℃, ratio of solid-liquid 1:40,pH 7, acception ratio is 2.38%.2)A new techonogy for purification of polysaccharides and flaviod of mulberry leavesResearch of the purificationg of flavoid of mulberry leaves using macroporousion-adsorption resin:During the purification process with column chromatograghy .different types of macroporousion-Adsorption resin were compared and then the best one was AB-8 resin .The operation parametets on absorption and elution were established by orthogonal experiment of L9(34).And optimum technological conditions areas follows:temperature 30 ℃, wiping up vilocity 3ml/min( column volume 30mm×300mm), the content of alhocol70%, which has a purity of 87.1%,callback ratio is89.1%.Research of the purificationg of polysaccharides of mulberry leaves using macroporousion-adsorption resin:During the purification process with column chromatograghy ,different types of macroporousion-Adsorption resin were compared and then the best one was AB-8...
