In this paper, the orthogonal testing method, the rotor drum conventional examination and the orthogonal experiment range analytic method are used to study the influence of the iron materil matches, the basicity, the fuel consumption and the moisture content on the sinter technology targets. And draws support from analysis test methods and so on optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, thoroughly researchs the effect of the sinter mineral composition and structure on its quslity under the different factors' level, obtains the universal change rules, produces the preferred plan to carry on the industrial test, and analysis the influence factors on the sinter mineral composition and structure when industrial test, then proposes the improvement measure, which to improve the sinter quality, to reduce the sinter return rate.Through the research, we found that the appropriate readjustment India ore and the Yangchun ore allocated proportion, uses the iron material match level 4(The match proportion distinction of the Indian ore, the Yangchun ore, the Beishao ore, the Yunnan ore, the Guanfen,the Bajie ore and the return sinter is 23,18,12,8,6,3 and 20) to carry on sinter under the unchanged iron material and craft condition, produces the much calcium ferrite and fayalite, obtains the melting corrosion structure and the granular structure as primarily sinter, which may enhance the strength. That if the process can produce much liquid phase during the sintering, and which can become into completely-crystal needle-shap or aborization or bar-shap calcium ferrite instead of glass in the cooling process; if the magnetite is interweaved by the caking into the melting corrosion structure, the granular structure or the eutectic structure instead of exiting in the massive isolation; if the mount of the poreis is little, and uniformitly distributing; if the grain is little; if the organizational structure is symmetrical, all of which can improve the quality of the sintering. In addition, this paper also draws a conclusion of the adequate craft parameters and the working system to improve sintering quality.Analyze the mineral composition and structure of the industrial test and the present production in ShuiGang indicated that, the sinter by the other-shap crystal magnetite primarily, the calcium ferrite for the main caking, and forms the melting corrosion...
