In this paper, in order to improve the quality of sinter as the goal, micro-sintering method, mining phase and scanning electron microscopy method of combining are used to analyzed the effect of F-K-Na to the composition and structure of sinter.Firstly, in the case of basicity 2, with the content of F from 0.15% to 0.7%, the main mineral composition of sinter is magnetite, and microstructure of sinter is porphyritic texture. At the same time, with the increase of F content, the content of gun spar gradually increases, F content in glass phase increases; and at Fcontent of 0.7%, a large number of guns spar separate out. With the increase of F content, holes become smaller, is pores for large thin-walled structure. With the content of F from 0.9% to1.8 %, the main mineral composition of sinter is hematite and micro-structure of sinter is ablation structure. A large number of guns spar in sinter are seperated out, it result that the content of F in glass phase substantially reduced. With the increase of F content, holes become smaller, is porous for the thin-walled structure.Secondly, in the case of basicity 2, F content of 0.4% is controlled, with the content of (K2O + Na2O) increasing, it produces a certain influence on the content of the mineral composition of sinter. The content of hematite increases, the content of magnetite reduces significantly, the content of glass phase basically unchanges; changes in the composition of glass phase is larger, K2O and Na2O in the glass phase become high concentration. Microstructure of sinter is the ablation structure, with (K2O + Na2O) content increasing, mineral phase structure in sinter changes even; holes become smaller and are distributed evenly, the change of structure from pores for large thin-walled structure to porous for the thin-walled structure. In this paper, different F content and (K2O + Na2O) content in several cases, F,K and Na on the effect of mine sintering phase composition and structure are studied , the quality of sinter mechanism is understanded, and is great guiding significance to further enhance the sinter quality, and to improve the operation process.
