The Analysis Of The Representative Persistent Organic Pollution In The Three Gorgers Region In ChongQing

The project of the Three Gorges reservoir is the biggest water project in our country , the influence of the project for the water environment of the Yangtse River, especially for Three Gorges reservoir, is enormous. It is very important and valuable to research the pollution of persistent organic pollutants of the Three Gorges reservior in ChongQing .The pollution of persistent organic pollutants of the Three Gorges reservior in ChongQing has been analyzed in this article. Water samples from seven sampling sections have been collected for experiment to establish a pretreatment method and analysis method , in order to ascertain the categories of pollutants,the pollutant burden,the distributing of pollutants,the source of pollutants and the bioaccumulate degree of pollutants in fish.The result of experiment shows that it is effectual to extracte organic pollutants from water samples with liquid-liquid extraction by 180ml dichloromethane,and the concentration of pollutants could meet the need of analysis on condition that the concentrate multiple fix on 4000.Two hundreds or more organic compounds were identified in water samples,178 in winter and 144 in summer. Among those organic compounds, 18 kinds of organic pollutants can be found on the EAP's organic pollutants blacklist ,7 kinds of organic pollutants can be found on the organic pollutants blacklist of China.The data shows that the main pollutants of the water area of the Three Gorges reservior in ChongQing are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and phthalate acid esters,the concentration of these pollutants draw near the relatively standards of country, but less than the concentration of pollutants in other water area .The concentration of pollutants increased from the section of Heshangshan to the section of Qingxichang, then minish gradually,the curve of concentration just like sinusoidIt is speculated that the main sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is burnt of fuel, in the next place is the pollutation of petroleum; the main sources of phthalate acid esters are liquid waste and the pollutation of shipping, in the next place is the pollutants from steep of rubbish that accumulated near river.Partial persistent organic pollutants had bioaccumulated in fish, the concentration of partial pollutants in fishes as thousands times as it in water samples.
