This experiment studied on the effect of harvest physiology and storage quality caused by different vibration time and different vibration frequency using the varietal "Chunlei" of juicy peach and Huanghua pear fruits as experiment material. The juicy peach and Huanghua pear fruits were vibrated for o hours (control), 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours on the same vibration frequency 110 r·min-1 in order to research the influence function caused by different vibration time, and vibrated by 0 r·min-1 (control), 80 r·min-1,110 r·min-1,140 rmin-1 for the same time 6 hours in order to research the influence function caused by different vibration frequency. The experiment results turn out as following:1. Vibration stress enhanced respiration rate of juice peach and SOD activity, and increased MDA content. And the influence changed with different vibration time and different vibration frequency: fruits of vibrated for 12h >6h > 2h>control; fruits of vibrated by 140 r·min-1>110r·'min-1>80r·min-1control. As a reasult, vibration stress accelerated senescence of juice peach fruits.2. Vibration stress increased PPO acivity of juice peach fruits, reduced firmness and organic acid content of fruits, which debased the storage quality of juice peach. Vibration stress added TSS content of juice peach fruits and thus vibration stress accelerated decomposing of nourishment. The longer time of vibration and the fiercer of frequency are. The more obvious of these effects are.3. Vibration stress enhanced respiration rate of Huanghua pear fruits, and advanced respiration top of Huanghua pear 4 days when vibrated 6 hours with 110 r·min-1,12 hours with...
