The pickle food industry of our country has great capacity, and the discharging quantity is big and the density is high, which is the one sources of the industrial pollution, and has severity threat to the water environment. Among the pickle food industrial waste water, the bittern water pollution is typically, which has high density of sugars, fruit gums, fruit residues, organic acids, cellulose, tartaric acid, mineral salt etc., and the CODcr is up to 10000 above, belongs to an organic dirty water of high density. There also contains high density salt, which is up to 20gs/100mL.The management of this kind of high salt, high density organic waste water is always being a point research to our country and the whole world too. Because the continuously raising of the environmental protection request and the increasingly missing of the resources, the reasonable recovery and secondary exploitations of the water resources and can't reborn resources also become the important contents of environment management. Under this background, a great deal of advanced techniques are applied to the management of the waste water. This thesis aims at the characteristic of a high salt and organic density bittern waste water, and then adopts the organic melting agent processing, hot inspissations distilling and membrane separating technique as the handling methods' Though the measurement of the valid index sign to the bittern waste water, fixed the craft process and condition parameter of these three kinds processing. Though the study, we could get the main conclusion as follows:(1)The process to the bittern can obtain certain result by adding organic melting agent Through the experimental comparison towards the no water ether, acetone, normal hexane and other organic melting agents, result that the no water ether surpasses acetone and just personal normal hexane obviously. The reasonable processing temperature is 25℃ , ideally proportion of materiel and solvent is 1 :1.Under this operational condition, the end processing of CODcr of the bittern waste water was 1870mgs/ls, the color degree attained 260 times, the pH was 5.8, had no bad smell, the density of the sodium chloride was 6.5g/100ml. But the bittern waste water which had through the processing could not reach the national waste water discharging standard.(2) By researching the effect of vacuum concentration distillation on bittern we found that temperature has some impact on disposal effect. Under the condition of vacuum degree (0.95×10~5Mpa) and 60℃ (temperature), the pH of distillation obtained by using rotary evaporator is 6.6, chroma is 26, without bad odour. The NaCl concentration is 6.5g/100ml. but the bittern water can not meet the national standard about waste water effusion.
