For mine exploitation on the workplace, hydraulic support electric-hydraulic control system plays an important part ensuring a safe production. In the system, electromagnetic pilot valve is one of crucial components. Its performance affects the reliability and security of entire workplace directly. Applying FLUENT software of Computational Fluid Dynamics, the flow field of electromagnetic pilot valve is simulated and analyzed in the paper.The geometrical model of pilot valve is built by applying AutoCAD and UG software, according to its actual structure and parameters as well as feasibility of computational mathematical model.
