The machining technology of forging tube is making use of circular tube blank and gains tubular components. It is an innovative technique. The machining technology of forging tube makes the forging parts mass light, intension high, cost little and machining exactness. So it is the important aspect in 21 century in the forging and machining fields.Today the application of AZ31 magnesium alloy has been extensive recognized for people. If the magnesium alloy tube can be machining through some given technologies such as bulging and tube sinking for magnesium tube material, there is a high added value for the product. But the magnesium alloy has a bad plastic property on room temperature, it is difficult to meet the needs of post forming process.
