Pipe is a common variety of parts in the field of industrial production at present.With pipe as billet,various shapes of pipe parts can be obtained through processing,which is called the secondary processing of pipe.The secondary processing technology of pipe mainly includes bending,cutting,rolling and hydraulic bulging.Pipeline hydraulic bulging process is through the internal ventilation with high pressure fluid,the pipeline for forming of the common parts processing method,but the process is easy to cause serious preparation of pipe wall thickness distribution is not uniform,the bulging parts of the local thinning,results in the decrease of tube performance,at the same time due to the low machining efficiency,often cannot meet the needs of mass industrial production.This article will pipe hydraulic bulging technology combined with a cross wedge rolling technology,puts forward a new type of tube bulge rolling forming technology,can make the pipes in the process of forming local hole diameter and partial reducing mutual coordination deformation,thus improve the forming of pipe wall thickness uniformity of parts and pipes using performance,and improve production efficiency.According to the proposed bulging and rolling forming process,the stepped pipe parts were selected to design the bulging and rolling forming die.The modeling of the die and the initial tube billet was carried out by using the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,and then the simulation of the forming process was carried out.The evolution and distribution of stress and strain in the process of deformation were analyzed,and the causes and solutions of forming defects were also analyzed.The feasibility of the process was verified.According to the proposed expansion and rolling process,two kinds of special machine for tube expansion and rolling are designed.The first type is C-type integral frame special machine for tube expansion and rolling.Its frame structure adopts double column tensioning.The second is the special machine for the expansion and rolling of the combined frame type pipe,which has higher strength and stiffness and is used for the expansion and rolling of the larger tube billet.Based on ANSYS software,the strength and stiffness of the frame and the main components of the whole machine are checked under the maximum nominal pressure load and the modal analysis under the free vibration condition of the frame is carried out to check the rationality of the design of the whole machine.Use Isight optimization software,optimized by PSO method to establish the response surface model to adjust the main geometry parameters(design of experiment group size of 50),make the frame in the actual work to minimize the maximum stress and strain in the process of the implementation,each to the deformation and stress of the dangerous area to minimize,to maximize the to improve the strength and stiffness of the frame,The virtual material model of fractal theory is introduced to simulate the forces on the joints of each beam of the frame more accurately,so as to realize the analysis of the whole machine which is more in line with the actual working conditions.Finally,the three-dimensional model and two-dimensional assembly drawing of the whole machine are drawn,and the ontology structure design of the whole machine is completed.
