The Study Of Preparing The Wollatonite With High Ratio By The Fluidized Jet Mill

Wollastonite is a material of a new industrial mineral, and is widely applied in building materials, metallurgy, rubber, plastics, oil-painting, papermaking, and asbestos substitute, scince it is developed in 60's twenty century.Wollastonite with high ratio of length and diameter is a good substitute of asbestos and glass fiber, which can extensively be used as filler material with reinforcement and increment effects, and it cost little, it has high application value and huge potential market,so preparing high aspect ratio wollastonite is becoming an studying point with high respect in all of the plants which are preparing wollastonite product.The technical study and development of power grinding and classification are the key point in order to preparing the ideal high aspect ratio wollastonite when people want to use its inherent speciality and high adding value.The test is preparing high aspect ratio wollastonite with the fluidized air-crashing jet mill and studying the crushing principles, and the raw materials is from jingang in Liaoning province.In this paper, test adjusts the classification revolution and controls the air-current's pressure as to preparing the high aspect ratio wollastonite. The results of research show that the ratio of length to diameter L/D is 13 when the classification revolution is 12000r/min and the air-current's pressure is 0.4Mpa.In order to protect the products' ration,test heats the material in advance with different centigrade and different time. The results of research show that the ratio of length to diameter L/D is about 15 when the heating centigrade is 800℃ and the heating time is 4h.Thinking of the influence of the material's different sizes ,test sieves the material to different grades before feeding into the air-crushing mill. The products' ratio is beyond 20 , the products' shape is uniform and the quality of the product get the international standard.At the same time, get the imaginary model in analyzing the crystal's structure combined the chemical bond's energy.The power direction function on the wollastonite crystal by the fluidized jet mill system, and the characteristics expressiveness of X ray diffraction results are analyzed, at the same time, the preparation mechanism of the superfine grinding high aspect ratio of wollastonite was also studied.
