Electrospinning is the most basic technique for the production of nanoscale fibers. The hard-core of the method is to make charged jet flow and distortion , the fibrous matter is produced. Consequently, a new process method to make micromolecules turn into functional nanofibers is provided. Because nanofibers have several useful properties including small diameter, high surface area to volume ratio and high porosity, they can be used such as filter membrane, wound dressings, tissue engineering and biomedical engineering extensively.This thesis made a preliminary research on the electrospinning of regenerated silk fibroin(SF)/chitosan(CS) by the self-designed electrostatic spinning instrument, making use of good biodegradability of chitosan and characteristic of share-solvent , formic acid as solvent. We researched the influence of the SF solution concentration, voltage, electrospinning distance on fibers'morphology and structure. Moreover, the influence of SF concentration and voltage on microstructure of electrospun SF/CS nanofibers was also tested and analyzed by means of Raman and DTA-TG. Furthermore,It investigated the microstructure of SF/CS nanofibers treated by methanol. At the same time,We studied the relative content of CS's effect on mechanics , resolving and antibacterials properties of SF/CS blended membrane.The results showed that:In the condition of voltage 30kV,distance 12cm,the best term is concentration of SF and CS are 13wt% and 3.5wt% respectively, the composition ratio 70:30; The sequence of three parameters that affected the morphology and diameter was SF concentration, voltage and distance.The addition of CS is propitious to eliminate the string of beads on SF nanofibers electrospun from low-viscosity solution;Comparing with pure SF nanofibers,the content ofβ-sheet of SF in electrospun SF/CS nanofibers is higher and the crystallinity increased.Furthermore,the methanol-treated electrospun SF/CS hadβ-sheet;With the add of CS ,the rate of...
