The thesis mainly focused on the Michael addition of Indoles, the synthesis of bisindolylalkanes, triindolylalkanes and 3-indolyl-6-aromtic substituted-[1,2,4] triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine derivatives, it's composed of following four parts:In the first part, we investigated the Michael addition of Indoles under ultrasound irradiation. We took the reaction of Indoles with .. -unsaturated ketones catalyzed by the cheap catalyst KHSO4, afforded the -indolylketones in moderate to good yields. Compared with conventional methods, this method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, easily-handled manipulation and the low cost of the catalyst. In the second part, we studied the synthesis of bisindolylalkanes catalyzed by solid superacid under solvent-free, condition and the synthesis of unsymmetrical bisindolylalkanes catalyzed by ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) under ultrasound irradiation. In the research we found that, compared with conventional stirring method, organic reactions utilizing solvent-free. condition could be carried out with milder reaction conditions, easily-handled manipulation, accelerated reaction spe.e.d, shortened reaction time and enhanced yield and the solid superacid could be reused for several times. We took the reaction of indolylmethane derivatives with another indole molecule to afford the unsymmetrical bisindolylalkanes in good yields in short reaction time. Compared with the conventional methods, this method was applied to varied substrates, and can synthesis a lot of unsymmetrical bisindolylalkanes. In the third part, we studied the synthesis of triindolylmethanes catalyzed by Lewis acids under solvent-free. condition. The solvent-free synthetic technique will not only avoid the use of conventional poisonous and volatile organic solvents leading to environmentally friendly "green chemistry", but also save the expenditure and find a broad application in organic synthesis. During the research, we carried out the reaction of indole and triethyl orthoformate catalyzed by iodine and ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) afforded the symmetrical triindolylmethanes in good yields in short reaction...
