By the analysis of mine fire reason and the current gas explosion rescuing techlogical situation caused by fire,this document probe deeply about the degree of dangerous when a mine fire taking place and the discernment principle of mine flammable gas exploding danger level, and regarding this principle as the mathmatic model, a rescuing aid decision software have been developed,which studied the portably rescuing commanding software and hardware technology with the function of rescuing aid decision, and put forward the function and performance index that technology should have.This document expound the mine portable rescuing and relief aid decision technology for the 1st time, which one should be applied in our country emergency rescuing, and equipped in ambulence,combined the function of calamity gas collection and sampling,analyzing,dangerous level awarding and making decision,wireless communication in the disaster area, video monitor in the disaster area together. And aiming for the requirement of electric anti-explosion hardware, this document studied and developed the technology outcomes and achivments of fire bunch monitoring device, disater reliefing wireless communication device and video instrument which one is specialized for rescuing, etc. This document also expounded the complementary application of infrared gas analysis instrument and meteorological chromatogram analytical instrument during the portable rescuing and relief work.Finally, by industry test, system online test and originally sets up anti-blast performance test, this document verified the exactness and feasibility of methods mentioned above.
