China is a big world mining country,and the country attaches great importance to the issue of coal mine safety in production.Gas outburst is a major disaster that can cause a large number of casualties.Due to our country's emphasis on coal mine safety production,the death toll in other coal mine accidents are decreasing year by year,but the gas outburst accidents always maintain a high frequency of occurrence.90% of gas outburst accident because the workers did not drill according to technical standards,so this topic developed a kind of intelligent drilling rig,to achieve intelligent drilling record drilling operation and data uploaded to the ground scheduling.Mine-based mobile communication system is different from the traditional communication system,environmental factors can have a greater impact on the system,especially the drilling rig is generally used in mining face,you need to move with the mining face,it is difficult to use the traditional wired way.In view of the above practical problems,this project has designed a set of wired + wireless communication system solutions that can be used for ground and underground communication based on the PJ-ZDY-750 intelligent drilling rig.The main work is to mine the data collected by the intelligent drilling rig and real-time analysis results,downhole network upload to the ground.In addition to considering the complicated hardware and network architecture,the transmission system design also designs a set of safe,reliable and practical data communication protocols.The entire communication system has certain ability of correcting errors and ensuring the correct data transmission.At the same time,taking into account the complex underground conditions,in the absence of wireless signal coverage,the use of dedicated PDA equipment patrol officers to achieve short-range data copying,to protect the integrity of the data.The system can achieve data security,reliable and complete transmission,the front wireless communication distance ? 50 meters,communication transmission error rate <0.1%,communication transmission packet loss rate <0.1%,real-time communication delay <500ms;Background management and data display capabilities.The practice proved that the developed underground data transmission system can effectively solve the long-distance transmission of coal mine network communication data,signal conversion interface and information processing technology needs,and help to promote the safety of coal mining enterprises.The system is applied to coal mine safety production,which provides further protection for safe production.
