The conclusions are specified as fallows.By orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions of queen bee larva and Gen-seng and Matrimony vine were determined. The results of enzymatic hydrolysis of queen bee larva are 3 times of water, enzyme concentration (E/S) 800u/g,temperature 50℃,pH 6.5,time 4h. Gen-seng can be best distilled when being put in 70% alcohol (6 times of Gen-seng) distilling for 3 times and per time is 2h at 80"C. Matrimony vine can be best distilled when being put in distilled water (10 times of Matrimony vine) distilling for 2 times (1hour per time) at 100℃.Study on the clarification of the compound queen bee larva oral liquid show that: alcohol sedimention can remove a majority of the effectual components-polysaccharide of Matrimony vine.Lots of alcohol is depleted. Oral liquor is clarified when the concentration of alcohol is up to 60%,but the transference of polysaccharide of Matrimony vine is decreased to 57%. When chitosan clarifier was be used to clarify oral liquid ,to make sure the effect of chitoson clarifier and using orthogonal circumgyrate designed experiment, the optimal conditions of chitosan clarifier are pH 4.8, chitosan clarifier concentration 0.05%,temperature 47℃,time 3.4h. The transparence of Oral liquid is 97.8% and the transference of polysaccharide of Matrimony vine is 72.43%.So chitosan has the more effective components and cost is lower than alcohol.The procedure is simple comparatively.Experiments on flavor.color.character and stability show that adding 15% of honey,0.10% of citric acid,2% of β—CD are good for oral liquid.0.01% of yellow glue and 0.1% CMC-Na are used in that the effect is the best.By the stability experiment the content of amino nitrogen of the compound queen bee larva oral liquid have not obvious variety under freezed temperature and normal temperature.
