Weiyi oral Liquid includes the herbs below:Dendrobii Caulis,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Taraxaci Herba and Glycyrrhizae Radixet Rhizoma. It have the action of nourishing Yin to clear heat、tonifying the stomach to promoting the production of the body fluid、 nourishing qi to invigorate spleen and detoxification. I it is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of disease in Yin Shang jin kui qi deficiency, spleen and stomach. Combined the traditional herbs with advanced technology,the technique technology and quality standard were studied and Weiyi Oral Liquid was obtained. Due to dendrobii caulis is the main medicine in prescriptions, but the kinds of dendrobii caulis is more, so aspects of select varieties has carried on the comparative study.To do the comparision of the following studies to D.nobile Lindl., D.chrysotoxum Lindl., and D.fimbriatum Hook, and D.densiflorum.:①To analyze the overall chemical composition by TLC;②ith phenol-sulfuric acid method of polysaccharide content and comparative analysis;③With UV-visible spectrophotometry of tannin content and comparative analysis.In the study of preparing technology:the prescription of6kinds of chemical composition, the main effective components are flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins class composition and polysaccharide, according to the physical and chemical properties and traditional custom of component four categories, and ultimately extraction method is identified as water as a solvent for the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. quantitative index is polysaccharide, then chose the best extracting technology orthogonal test which regarded water amount, decoction times and decoction time as the main affecting factors, the best extracting craft is as follow:10times amount of water boiling2times, every time for1.5hour.Water decoction has been to remove impurities by the method of gravity sedimentation and the technology of chitosan clarification; honey which is sweetener of the effective element is20%; citric acid which is acidulant of the dosage is0.17%;potassium sorbate which is the preservative part is0.02%.In the study of quality standard:we used the TLC to identify the Dendrobii Caulis,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Dioscoreae Rhizoma respectively, the separation of the stains was apparent and the negative contrast was not disturbed. All of these proved that the method we used is specific;We used HPLC method to determination the amount of erianin and hesperidin. Their average recoveries:erianin was100.53%(RSD=1.61%),the content of erianin is about0.06mg/ml,and hesperidin was100.76%(RSD=2.12%),respectively. The content of hesperidin is about0.7mg/ml.All of the results showed that the preparing technology is rational and the qualityof this medicine is stable.In this research, under the guidance of the Chinese medicinal theory and practice,new technology was used as experimental method. The experiment will provide the drug efficacy and quality control evaluation standards for Weiyi oral liquid, provide the scientific foundation for the big industry’s production.
