The Study Of Environmental Problem And Methods Of Control In Groundwater Development And Utilization

Along with the population growing and the economy of our country increasing in recent years, the demands of water have been rising rapidly. Many places in the world are making more use of groundwater. Based on the right understanding groundwater resources, how to develop and utilize groundwater rationally has become important topic of contemporary groundwater science. This article through investigation and research of environmental problem in groundwater resources development and utilization in Jinjiang city ,Fujiang,the result showed: There were many problems as if the water table lowering constantly, surface subsidence and collapse, seawater intrusion, groundwater pollution etc. The occurrence of the groundwater environment problem is mainly caused by mankind's activity. The reasons were: Unrestrained exploitation;effluence undressed with a free hand; economic development is out of keeping with environment protection;soil erosion, improper usage of fertilizers and pesticides; unreasonable development and utilization of water and soil resources;water resources shortage interact with water pollution; making worse the groundwater environment. According to the specific characters of environmental problems in groundwater development and utilization in Jinjiang city, control measures were offered. There are: Ground water is saved in strata, and it is difficult to be directly invaded by earth 's surface pollutants. But groundwater is not easy to be purified after polluting. The most inexpensive and effective way is that the administrative authorities' functions were well given play to prevent. While utilizing groundwater in JinJiang city ,it is necessary to reduce the exploitation quantity, effective against pollutant source, raising civil consciousness of environment , the administrative authorities will strengthen management while using groundwater, and combine the utilization of groundwater with surface water organically. While developing and utilizing groundwater in Jinjiang city, different exploitation zone must be divided, and different type of groundwater should adopt different exploitation way, preventing bad result caused by exploitation, realizing continuable utilization of groundwater resources.
