High fischer ratio oligo-peptide is a kind of low molecular weight physiological active peptide. It can be made by protease processed food protein. This peptide is polymerized by 3-9 amino acids, which has the form of high branched chain amino acids and low aromatic amino acids. It can be digested easily, It has the function of relief hepatic encephalopathy symptom and resist fatigue, supplies diet nutrition of high expend patients and athletes. Moreover, it has the function of sober alcohol, restrain cancer cell and decrease serum cholesterol concentration.Corn gluten meal is a by-product of corn starch plant and its protein content can reach 30%-68%. Because of special smell, amino acids composition unbalance and lacking Lys, Trp, physics characteristic and food functional characteristic of CGM is not very well. So far, it is hard to exploit and sold as feed cheaply.JiLin province is one of the most important corn home of China. The yield and stocks of corn comes out top at home and broad every year, but because of lacking comprehensive utilization, high technology, high additional value and market potentiality, the advantage of JiLin corn industry can not exert sufficiently by far. In this thesis CGM is used as material, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and controllable extrusion are adopted to produce special function and high additional value production-corn high fischer ratio oligo-peptide in order to change this status and promote the development of corn economy. By this project, corn industry chain can be extended. Corn high additional value comprehensive utilization can be put into practice, and the economic benefit of corn process business enterprise can be promoted significantly. It is one of the efficient paths to resolve the corn problems in JiLin province fundamentally.This thesis is source of science tackle key project 《Study on preparation technique and application of high fischer ratio oligo-peptide from corn gluten meal》 of ChangChun science technology department.
