With the rapid development of China's offshore fishing industry,the annual catch of squid increased year by year,has become an important part of China's aquatic products processing industry.But the squid in the process will produce a large number of scrap,these scrap meat is also rich in a variety of nutritious ingredients and usually buried or buried for the production of fish meal and other low-value use,caused the environmental pollution and resource waste.Therefore,this paper study on making the High Fischer Ratio Oligo-peptide by using squid meat,and through the optimum design of the activated carbon static adsorption and the aromatic amino acid recovery.Further purify the squid minced meat enzymolysis liquid and analysis the sequence.On the basis of analysis,make an annual output of 30 t squid High Fischer Ratio Oligo-peptide powder plant design,it provide basis for the high value utilization of the squid meat.The details are as follows:Based on the squid broken meat protein solution after the two-step enzymatic hydrolysis by pepsin and flavor protease,firstly the optimal conditions for the two-step static adsorption of the activated carbon by orthogonal design were studied,the rusult were temperature 35 ?,pH = 2,activated carbon solid-liquid ratio 1:25,first adsorption time180 min,secondary adsorption time 30 min,activated carbon solid-liquid ratio 1:25,and after two-step activated carbon static,the F value of the protein solution reached 25.209 and it meets the requirement of high fischer ratio oligo-peptide.Secondly use the SephadexG-15 glucan gel to determination the molecular weight distribution from enzymolysis liquid after the ultrafiltration and get three components.And the component 2is selected by the determination of F value.The components were separated by C18 reverse high performance liquid chromatography and determined the sequence,four different sequences of High Fischer Ratio Oligo-peptides were obtained..Then by using the ethyl acetate-ethanol as a composite extractant after the screening to recovery aromatic amino acids from the activated carbon after the enzymatic hydrolysis.Then through the orthogonal array design to get the optimum extraction conditions,the results were as follows: temperature 65 ?,ethanol concentration 60%,desorption time 360 min,ethanoland ethyl acetate ratio 1: 1.5,then reuse the activated carbon after the desorption.Finally,make an annual output of 30 t squid High Fischer Oligo-peptide powder plant design,on the basis of the design and production process,completed the workshop plane design and equipment selection,and through material accounting,water and electricity estimates and other aspects to calculate the total annual production cost of the factory is 31.2 million yuan,the annual profit of the project is 7.275 million yuan,the sales profit rate is 16.17%,the investment recovery period is 3 years,the breakeven point is 24.31%.And on this basis,through using the CAD to draw the production process flow chart and workshop layout.
