Currently the jeopardizing to human being's health from the global pollution has gained more and more attentions. This kind of jeopardizing lies in two main aspects, food contamination and the environmental pollutants. Therefore, the separation and analysis of the pollutants and their residue in the complicated samples has always been one of the most popular topics in the research field of foodsafety and environment. The most common food chemical contamination includes the pesticides pollution and the hazardous substance pollution from industrial usage. Generally speaking, most pesticides are not only capable to make the chronic damages to the human bodies through the contaminated food, but also cause an acute toxication to human beings. Correspondingly the heterocyclics has been leading the main development trend in pesticides industry because of its high efficiency and low toxicity. However, the heterocyclics still has some disadvantages, like the certain side effects to the circumstance, high toxicity of some sorts, the long remaining period and the relative massive remaining dose in nature. So for improving the research and applications of the super effective pesticides as well as the safety of the food, it is definitely necessary to develop new methods adapted for the analysis of the heterocyclic pesticides and their residue. As a very important raw material and intermediate for the organic synthesis, aromatic amine has become a sort of significant environmental pollutant and chemical carcinogenic. In many countries it has been listed as a primary item of detecting and controlling. Accordingly, it is quite urgent to set up a simple, quick, sensitive and environment-friendly analytical method for aromatic amine in the environmental sample. This t(?)sis focuses on the separation and detection of heterocyclic pesticides residue in the food pollution, and the analytical method of aromatic amines in the water pollution. The thesis is mainly composed of three parts. In the first part, it generally describes the development of the analytical applications in detecting heterocyclic pesticides and their residue, summarizes the current situation of the analysis of aromatic amine in environmental samples and its development. By pointing out the superiority of capillary electrophoresis and pressurized capillary electro chromatography in the food and environment analysis, it also emphasizes the theory and applications of these micro-separation analysis methods. Meanwhile, it gives the outline of this project by summarizing the applications of the pretreatment in pesticide samples and the enrichment technique in capillary...
