The park is an important constituent of city ecosystem and its function in improving urban environment quality cannot be substituted. Carrying on the reasonable landscape ecology appraisal to the park is advantageous to implements the sustainable management and the reasonable use to the park ecosystem in realizing ecological, social, the economical conformity and the coordination.The main aim of the study is to understand the existing ecological resources of Zhuzhou City Park, constructing a set of city parks ecological indicators of landscape ecology evaluation system, through evaluation, to objectively reflect the Zhuzhou City Park and its landscape quality status, functions and characteristics of the main problems for the future construction of the ecological landscape of great significance. The main content and research findings as follows:(1) Analysed the status and green indicators of Zhuzhou City parks. 466.1hm2 Park green area, 790 m2 of per capita green area of parks, 138.4hm2 of green area production, with the national gardern city standards, there are still certain discrepancies; and analysed the main problems of Zhuzhou City Parks.(2) Constructing a qualitative assessment system of the landscape ecology in urban parks. On the basis of the extensive literature research and practical experience, with expert advice, and taking into account actual data to support the feasibility, constructed the urban parks ecological environment quality evaluation system, in which 51 pre-selected targets, according to the Delphi method, Finished the design of final urban park quality evaluation system. Evaluation indices into goals layer, guidelines and indicators layer, containing landscape patterns, the natural ecological environment, social environment and human interference with activities at four indicators closely related to the ecological environment and with 24 specific indicators.(3) Using the method of experts rating and level analysis (AHP), the combination of various methods of obtaining comprehensive evaluation indicators.
