In this paper, the study was conducted to produce high protein of the complex fermentation on Candida utilisl422 and Aspergillus oryzae3042, Candida utilisl422 were cultured cosmically, innoculating Aspergillus oryzae3042 at the time to enrich the enzymes, which were mainly proteinases. In order to get the yeast feed of active-peptide and amino acids, Candida utilisl422 were autolyzed by the proteinase at the proper conditions. The submerged complex fermentation conditions of Candida utilisl422 and Aspergillus oryzae3042 were preliminary studied with single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The suitable medium composition was as follows: malt juice (20° Be) 20 %, bran 2 %, beef creem 2 %, KH2PO40.3 %and MgSO4 ? 7H2O 0.05 %. The suitable culture conditions were as follows: the Aspergillus oryzae3042 spore amount was 20 % of medium volume, the shaking speed was 120 r/min,...
