Know to all, various metals of engineering material will be damaged directly or indirectly in the process of use or deposit. The important invalidation reason of the high parameter electricity station's boiler pipe is the outside wall decay and inside the wall water steam oxidizes to occupy, which is also one of the essence reasons that causes the boiler to explode and leak. So we should adopt the valid technique to carry on the processing to the pipe surface, raise the material anti- to decay the function, lower the growth speed of decay, reduce the occurrence of explode and leak, prolong the service life of the pipe, raise the safe movement level and credibility of the boiler.In various surface processing craft, the surface peened is a valid technique. The reason is that peened can make the surface layer oxidize rebuild and change the component of oxide and make the anti- oxidize to get exaltation.This text makes 1Cr17 and 0Cr18Ni9 carrying out the surface nano by themselves with different method. We do oxidizations experiment of different samples in air of high temperature. We used X-ray, SEM, TEM and EDX etc. to prove the material's nano and analysis the appearance and component of oxide.The result is when peened time is 60min, the material can have nano structure, grain size is about 20nm, the layer of plastic deform is 40μm; when the time is 120min, the layer of plastic deform is 50μm and becomes crucia1.0Cr18Ni9 when the peened time is 120min, the material can have nano structure and the layer of plastic deform is about 300μm.The oxidisation experience of different samples result is: sample with nano structure have more grain interface and defect, supplying more channels for Cr diffusing, after oxidized 20h on the surface of material have...
